Tamara Christine "Tami" Johnson Guzzon, like many of us, was born and raised in Boulder City, Nevada. She was born on December 26, 1967, at the old Boulder City Hospital and passed away on June 10, 2026, in Oceanside, California.

Tami shared 16 years of life and love with her partner, Roy Whitley, in Oceanside, California. She is survived by her two sons, Adam and Austin Guzzon; her mother, Lois Johnson; her father, Pedro Vazquez; her brother, Todd Johnson, and his wife, Roberta; her sisters, Debora Ruane of Missouri and Vicki Huitt of Iowa; and many extended family members and dear friends.

She was preceded in death by her sister, Tracy Johnson.

Our family is made up of many branches, but we loved one another deeply and are heartbroken by the sudden loss of our beautiful daughter, mother, sister, and friend.

Tami attended Boulder City schools and participated in many activities throughout her childhood and youth. Boulder City was always a special part of who she was, and she carried those memories with her throughout her life.

She will be greatly missed, and her family will celebrate her life this summer. Details for a Celebration of Life will be announced at a later date.

A stained-glass memorial window in the Children's Chapel at Grace Community Church, dedicated to her sister Tracy Johnson, will be updated to also commemorate Tami's life. Through this lasting tribute, the sisters' memories will continue to bring comfort, peace, and light to all who visit.
