Boulder City, NV - Mary Bridget Moody

April 1, 1935 - October 11, 2025

Mary Bridget Moody, 90, of Boulder City, Nevada, passed away peacefully at home on October 11, 2025, surrounded by the love of her family.

Born on April 1, 1935, in Superior, Wisconsin, Mary was the beloved daughter of Emmanuel and Margaret Katherine (Grealish) Malzac. She graduated from St. Jean the Baptist High School in Duluth, Minnesota, and later attended Clark County College.

Mary dedicated 40 years of her life to a career in banking before retiring in 1994. She was an active and caring member of her community, contributing her time and talents to organizations such as the Benevolent Patriotic Order of Does, Credit Women's International, the Nevada Association of Bank Women, the Parent-Teacher Association, and the Cub Scouts of America.

Creative and endlessly talented, Mary found joy in crafting, gardening, reading, cooking, and especially crocheting—her favorite pastime. Whatever she put her hands and heart into, she did beautifully.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her brothers Emmanuel ("Sonny") and John ("Jackie"); and her sister Patricia Ann ("Nancy") Malzac Marrota.

Mary is survived by her devoted husband of 70 years, Lowell R. Moody; their children Kevin Moody, Keith Moody, and Katherine (Kathy) Moody Huerta; four grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her loving sister, Lucy Horvatich, of Duluth, Minnesota.

Mary will be remembered for her kindness, creativity, and unwavering love for her family. She will be missed deeply and forever remain in our hearts.
