LINDA MARIE BURKE

Linda Marie Burke of Boulder City, NV, died peacefully at Nathan Adelson Hospice, in Las Vegas, NV, on April 8, 2024. She was born on June 7, 1947, in Santa Rosa, CA. She is survived by her daughter, Lisa Burke, her son, William Burke, and her daughter, Diane Burke. Linda is preceded in death by her son Russell Burke, parents Manuel and Mary Williams, and brother Jonathon Williams. Linda married William Burke in Santa Rosa, CA, in 1967. As a National Park Ranger, William, Linda and family lived in 7 units of The National Park System. Linda worked for the Bureau of Reclamation in Boulder City for 23 years and lived in Boulder City for 46 years. She was PTA President, a Cub Scout Leader, and a volunteer at Emergency Aid of Boulder City. She gave to multiple charities, loved breakfast at The Coffee Cup Cafe and assisted many waitresses with their college education. Linda loved to cross-stitch while at home. She is a member of St Andrews Catholic Church where there will be a Memorial Service on April 22, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. Interment will be in Santa Rosa, CA, at Calvary Cemetery at a later date.
