Calva "Deryl" Henderson, born June 7, 1930, passed away peacefully at home on February 26, 2024. She was a loving and caring mother of 3 children, John Henderson, Jenine Kear, and Don Henderson. She was a doting grandmother of 5; Marshall, Denae, Meaghan, Stacie, and Daniel "DJ". And a loving great-grandmother/ggma of 5.

She was preceded in death by her high school sweetheart, love of her life, loving father of their children, her husband David C. Henderson and the many pups they shared over the years. Her and Dave enjoyed Boulder City as their home for 40 years. She was a beautiful loving person. She enjoyed having many dogs most of her life. Especially German Shepards. She was always caring for or dog sitting the pets of family & friends. Her door was always open for coffee and chats no matter the day or time. This lovely spirited woman will be truly missed by her family and friends, but we know she is happy being with her loving husband Dave and all the pups that preceded her. And we know that Jesus is rejoicing having such a beautiful loving angel with him.

In lieu of sending flowers, as much as she loved flowers, she had asked that donations please be made to help animals of all types.

Her family would also like to thank all her friends and neighbors that looked after her and helped with her needs at the times we were unavailable. All of your friendships meant the world to her and us.
